What counts as a document?+
One RFP, solicitation or questionnaire that TenderAce answers, with all of its files. The past proposals and policies in your library do not count.
Is the first document really free?+
Yes. Sign in with your work email and your first RFP or questionnaire is fully answered. No card is needed.
How does the Pro trial work?+
Pro starts with a 7-day free trial for up to 3 documents. You add a card at the start. If you cancel before the 7 days end, you pay nothing. If not, Pro starts at $999 a month (or $9,990 a year).
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Go to Plan & billing, then Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What if we need more documents in a month?+
Add documents for $149 each, or move to a bigger plan. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
Do unused documents carry over?+
A plan's documents reset each month. Documents you buy one at a time never expire while your account is open.
How do we pay?+
In US dollars, through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are before tax. Your invoices are in Manage billing.
