Your past bids, prices and methods are your competitive edge. Here is how we protect them.

Private workspaces

Every company has its own workspace. Your documents are only ever used to answer your own tenders, and every request is checked against your workspace on our servers.

No training on your data

Your files and drafts are never used to train AI models — not ours, not our providers'. Our AI providers process requests under business terms that forbid training on customer data.

Encryption

All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Files and data are encrypted at rest in secure cloud data centres. File uploads and downloads use short-lived signed links.

Passwordless sign-in

We sign you in with one-time codes sent to your work email, so there are no passwords to leak or reuse. Codes expire after 15 minutes and are rate-limited.

Payments

Payments are handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your card number.

Deletion

Delete any document, tender or your whole account at any time from the app. Deleted data is removed promptly and purged from backups within 30 days.
