Getting started

1. Fill your library. Upload 3 to 20 past proposals (ideally ones you won), your certificates (ISO, insurance, trade qualifications), CVs of key people and your price lists.
2. Check your company brain. TenderAce summarises everything it learned. Add anything missing — it will use it in every draft.
3. Drop in a tender. Upload the whole pack at once. In a few minutes you get the bid score, the compliance matrix and a full first draft.
4. Review and export. Fill the highlighted gaps, approve each section and download the Word document.

Common questions

A file says it couldn't be read. Make sure it isn't password-protected. Old .doc files must be saved as .docx or PDF.

A draft mentions something wrong. Edit the section, or click Rewrite and say what to change. Then update your company brain so it doesn't happen again.

How do I cancel? Plan & billing → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period.

How do I delete my data? Settings → Delete account. Everything in your workspace is deleted.
