Privacy Policy

TenderAce is operated by Infinite Library, based in France ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the TenderAce website and apps, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@infinitelibrary.ai.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, your workspace name and the people you invite.
  • Your content: the files you upload (tenders, past proposals, certificates, CVs, price lists) and what TenderAce creates from them (analyses, drafts, prices, answers).
  • Billing data: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive your billing name, address, tax ID and subscription status, never your full card number.
  • Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, pages, errors) to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: read your files, build your company profile, analyse tenders and write drafts for your workspace only.
  • To sign you in (we email you one-time codes), to bill you, and to answer your support requests.
  • To keep TenderAce secure and to fix problems.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers process it under business terms that forbid training on it. We do not show ads.

Who processes your data for us

We use a small number of trusted providers, each under a data processing agreement: cloud hosting and storage, an AI model provider, a text-embedding provider for search, an email delivery service and a payment processor. Your data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account exists. When you delete a file, a tender or your account, it is removed from our systems promptly and from backups within 30 days. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Most of this you can do yourself in the app (Settings → Delete account removes everything). For anything else, email hello@infinitelibrary.ai. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Security

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is isolated, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. See our security overview.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
