Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you represent) and Infinite Library, France ("we"), the operator of TenderAce. By using TenderAce you accept them.
1. The service
TenderAce helps you analyse tenders and requests for proposals and draft your responses using artificial intelligence and the documents you provide. It is a drafting tool. You are responsible for reviewing, completing and checking everything before you submit it to a buyer, including prices, legal declarations and compliance with the tender's rules.
2. Your account
You must give a valid work email and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you invite. You must be able to bind your company to these terms.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the drafts TenderAce produces for you. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload it. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use TenderAce to break the law or a tender's rules, to submit false information, to infringe others' rights, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
5. Plans and payment
The free plan includes one fully processed tender. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes unless shown otherwise. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires. If a payment fails, we may limit new tenders until it is fixed. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
6. AI output
AI can make mistakes. TenderAce is designed not to invent facts and to highlight what it could not confirm, but you must check every draft, price and statement. We do not guarantee that you will win any contract.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep TenderAce available and secure but provide it "as is". We may improve or change features over time.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost contracts, profits or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using TenderAce and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
10. Law
These terms are governed by French law. Courts in France have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
